Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ACE Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Enrolment & Payment

Course enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment. All fees are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Paymob.

Placement Test

New students are required to complete a placement test before enrolling in a course. This ensures you are placed at the level best suited to your current proficiency, maximising your learning outcomes.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days before a course start date are eligible for a full refund. Requests within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@americancouncileg.com to initiate a cancellation.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to participate respectfully in all classes, whether in-person or online. ACE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and content on the platform are the intellectual property of American Council Egypt and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
